Upcoming Expiration of ABN Form CMS R 131

 We want to make you aware
that the current Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN), Form CMS-R-131
(Exp. 01/31/2026) is set to expire on January 31, 2026.

At this time, CMS has not
released an updated version of the form on their website. Our team is
actively monitoring the CMS Beneficiary Notices Initiative page for updates and
will take action as soon as a new form becomes available.

Please note that after
January 31, the existing form will be out of date. We recommend reviewing your
internal workflows to ensure readiness once CMS publishes the new version.
