Every Thursday evening from 7:00pm to Friday morning 5:00am CT, Craneware makes updates to our systems and products.

During this update period, ALL PRODUCTS MAY BE DOWN and unavailable for client use.

Scheduled Maintenance Window

Please note that The
Craneware Group will be conducting planned system maintenance outside
of our regular Thursday window. This maintenance is scheduled for:


  • Monday May 11th at 11:00 PM CST through Tuesday May
    12th at 7:00 AM CST.

  • Tuesday May 12th at 11:00 PM CST through Wednesday May
    13th at 7:00 AM CST.


During this time, access
to the product will be unavailable. This extended window allows us to
perform important updates that ensure continued performance, security, and
reliability.
